Анотація

Представлено огляд новітньої зарубіжної літератури із проблематики статевих відмінностей серед носіїв РДУГ. Наведено аналіз теорій щодо причин поширеності синдрому серед хлопців і дівчат та виокремлено незначні гендерні відмінності. Зазначено, що загалом хлопці та дівчата зі РДУГ більш схожі, ніж відрізняються, і зазвичай симптоми не є специфічними для статі, проте різниця існує. З’ясовано, що її здатна описати теорія когнітивних ендофенотипів, яка передбачає вплив загальновизнаних ендофенотипів на тяжкість РДУГ.
